HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) — One man is dead and another is injured after a shooting at a north Harris County apartment on Thursday evening, according to the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office.
According to deputies, officers responded to the Cranbrook Forest Apartments in the 13800 block of Ella Boulevard and W. Rankin Road, where two men were shot.
Based on preliminary reports, deputies say that one man was pronounced dead on the scene, while another was transported to a local hospital for his injuries.
It’s unclear what led up to the incident, but an investigation is still ongoing.
