HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) — A truckload shifting off the trailer has been causing delays on the northbound lanes on the East Beltway at Wallisville Road since noon on Friday, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
Heavy-duty wreckers are currently working on the scene, HCSO says.
