HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — Two people are hospitalized in unknown condition after an argument over a T-shirt sale led to a shooting in southwest Houston on Friday, according to the Houston Police Department.
HPD said that officers responded to the shooting at 3:40 p.m. in the 8000 block of Cobblefield Lane. Authorities said that the incident involved four people, where two buyers met two individuals for a merchandise exchange arranged through a conversation via Facebook Marketplace.
Officials said that an unknown verbal argument led to gunfire, which led to one buyer and one seller getting shot.
Police said that the two victims shot were transported to a hospital by private vehicles.
Details are still limited as an investigation is still ongoing.
