ATASCOCITA, Texas (KTRK) — Two men were arrested after the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said they attacked a man out driving in Atascocita on Christmas Day.
Around 2 p.m. on Thursday, court records say the victim told deputies that Michael Heron, 46, began driving erratically and following him on West Lake Houston Parkway near Kings River Drive.
He told deputies Heron tried multiple times to run him off the road before exiting his vehicle and pointing a firearm at him.
Deputies say Heron eventually kicked the victim’s car window out.
Michael Heron and 17-year-old Colton Heron are then accused of beating the victim. The younger Heron used a club, according to court documents.
Both men were charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
