THE WOODLANDS, Texas (KTRK) — Authorities say a physician assistant in The Woodlands is no longer licensed after he was arrested on a child indecency charge last month.
Last week, the Texas Physician Assistant Board disciplinary panel said it suspended Jonathon Edward Brown “after determining his continuation in practice as a physician assistant poses a continuing threat to public welfare.”
The board said the suspension, which was effective immediately, came after they learned Brown was arrested Aug. 11 for child indecency, allegedly involving an 11-year-old child.
A temporary suspension hearing is set to be held unless it’s specifically waived by Brown, the panel said.
