During the investigation, detectives with Pasadena PD say that Hart was the suspect in a second incident, where a pedestrian was hit near the roadway on Tamar Drive.
Law enforcement says that both victims are still in the hospital with severe injuries, and the victims’ names are not being released at this time out of respect for the families.
Police say they had to use a taser on the suspect and then discovered he had stab wounds and transported him to the hospital. Police say that Hart is now in custody at a local hospital, recovering from his injuries prior to his arrest. Hart will be taken to the Harris County Jail, officials said.
