SACRAMENTO — The man arrested for allegedly firing gunshots at the ABC station in Sacramento is expected to appear in federal court Monday.
Police say a 64-year-old man was arrested at his Sacramento home early Saturday morning.
He was released after posting bail. However, hours later, he was arrested by the FBI for allegedly violating a federal statue which has to do with interference to radio communications of stations, which are federally licensed.
