HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — Authorities say a suspect has been shot after allegedly firing at officers in northwest Houston on Thursday morning.
The Houston Police Department confirmed the shootout happened in the 3400 block of Antoine Drive.
According to the department’s preliminary information, an armed suspect fired at police officers during a traffic stop.
Officers then reportedly returned fire, hitting the suspect.
HPD said no officers were injured.
