HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — The Houston Police Department is investigating reports of a body found in Buffalo Bayou on Wednesday afternoon.
At 1:50 p.m., police said that its dive team recovered the body at 3500 Memorial after someone spotted a body in the area.
The medical examiner’s office is working to find out how this person died.
The latest recovery comes days after HPD found a body in the bayou at 100 N. Crawford. In that scene, HPD said officers received a call at 9:25 a.m. with reports of a body in the bayou.
