HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) — Authorities have released a new photo of a suspect that they say assaulted a person at a northwest Harris County apartment on Wednesday, according to the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office.

Deputies say that they responded to the Kensington Crossing Apartments at 14651 Philippines Street in reference to an assault on Oct. 15.

Upon arrival, investigators say that the suspect made forced entry into the apartment and assaulted the victim before fleeing the scene on foot.

Officials said video surveillance captured the suspect as an older Black man wearing a maroon Nike polo shirt and gray pants.

“If you have any information regarding the identity of this suspect, you are urged to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement,” Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman said.
